If you are a new user and have never logged in to Pubeasy before, we would like to make you aware of the following: if you were a user of the Nielsen / Teleordering Services, BDOL, Online Order Collection Service or Publisher Service during the last two years, we have already set up a mailbox for you on Pubeasy. If you did not receive a Welcome Email with your Pubeasy Login-Credentials between 21st - 22nd of June, please check your Spam Folder. If you still can´t find a Pubeasy Welcome Email, please follow the Forgot Password Link and provide your Email Address. If we have set up a user for this Email Address you will get a reset-password Email within 15 minutes. If you still did not receive an Email, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
